Morality and Its Condition in the Realization of Justice from the Viewpoint of Imamiyya and Shafi‘is

Morality as a state of mind is an up-to-date and practical issue and has a great impact on the occurrence of actions of individuals in society. The main question of the research is what is morality and is it within the concept of justice or is it another condition? By referring to the library and using the descriptive-analytical method, the findings indicate that the general morality is doubtful, it is a high level of justice that is a condition in cases such as a judicial officer and a religious witness. Morality can be equated with professional and organizational ethics and a kind of harmony between one’s social personality and the two elements of time and place.
