Clarifying The Role Of Individual And Managerial Factors On Learning Human Resources In Organizations
The current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the role of individual and managerial factors on the learning of human resources in organizations, and the main question is, what factors affect the learning of human resources in organizations? The research method in terms of practical purpose, in terms of how to collect information, includes descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of this research is the employees of Urmia city municipality headquarters, according to Morgan's table, the sample number is 123 people. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability have been confirmed. The main findings of the research indicated that the factors of appropriate leadership, in-depth atmosphere, localization, balance between work and family, time management and gaining experience had a positive and significant impact on the learning of human resources in organizations. Also, among the factors affecting the learning of human resources in organizations, appropriate leadership has the most impact and time management has the least impact.
