Investigating the Relationship Between the Use of Virtual Space and the Happiness of Those Who Refer to Education Centers in Kerman Province

Abstract:

The aim of the present study was to "investigate the relationship between the use of virtual space and the happiness of managers of organizations in Kerman province". The descriptive research method was correlation type. The statistical population of the research was the managers of organizations in Kerman province in 2022, and 120 of them were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, two cyberspace addiction questionnaires were used by Young (1988) and Oxford Happiness (1989). The data were analyzed using statistical tests such as correlation coefficient and regression and with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The findings showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the amount of use of virtual space and happiness in managers (P<0.01). Therefore, it can be concluded that reducing the amount of use of virtual space has a decisive role in increasing the happiness of managers of organizations and causes them to achieve success and improve their job performance
