Prioritizing Intelligent Transportation Systems with the Aim of Improving Road Safety (Case Study: Hamadan Province)
Considering the high costs of implementation and operation of effective transportation systems, efforts should be made to select and measure selected means to control and monitor drivers' behavior and road safety with precise criteria. In order to take advantage of the mentioned systems, to improve the traffic and increase the safety of the intercity roads of Hamedan province, in this article, based on the Delphi method, the ANP network analysis process, the Dimetal technique, and the TOPSIS method, the use of different systems has been prioritized. Mistakes and inaccuracy in choosing the right system cause a lot of damage in the field of road transportation. In this study, the effectiveness of the system in terms of safety, system implementation cost, and feasibility were evaluated, and these systems were prioritized after careful examination. be.
