Sociology of Devolutionary Legislative delegated in the Constitutional Period of Iran

Lawyers believe that the notion and function of "Delegated legislation "depend on some situations and necessity require parliament which has the function of legislature originally delegate its powers to a person or body temporarily . this delegation has different forms but when originated from requirements and political and economic situations a country or international makeup . this article reviews some aspects of delegated legislationInfluenced by the situation of political sociology in Iran during the constitutional era.
