Flowology and phenomenology of Ashura jurisprudence
The Ashura movement has always been the focus of various currents such as opponents and enemies of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) due to its effectiveness. The extent of influence and the role of revivalism and anti-tyranny of this movement caused that even before the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS), doubts were raised from historical, jurisprudential and theological aspects. Most of these suspicions were raised by the biased and enemies of Shiism with the intention of destroying the goals and nature of the Ashura uprising. Some of the doubts in this field are jurisprudential; Because on the surface, some of the actions of Imam Hussain (a.s.) are not in accordance with the jurisprudential rules that the jurists are committed to in deriving rulings, or they are based on other rules, so the jurists in their jurisprudential works have to examine and evaluate the compatibility of these cases with The rules of jurisprudence have been paid. In this article, after identifying the most important types of jurisprudential doubts about Ashura, the flow theory (creators of doubts) and phenomenology (disputing factors) of doubts have been discussed, and by examining and evaluating them, gaps leading to fueling doubts and lack of understanding have been identified. And accepting the answers presented is explained as a difference in Imam's knowledge.
