Teacher ethics from the point of view of Muslim educators and thinkers in order to present the charter and validate it
The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating teacher ethics from the perspective of Muslim thinkers in order to provide a charter and validate it. Descriptive analytical methods and focus group were used to answer the research questions. The results of the surveys showed that the charter of teacher ethics was drawn in three cores: areas, components and indicators. Components: physical area "appearance, clothing, physical, verbal and behavioral ability", belief area "Godliness, practice of spiritual values and humility, consistency of actions and speech, magnanimity, equality, tolerance, love, humanization", scientific area General knowledge, specialized knowledge, competence in teaching, recognition of individual differences, awareness of growth stages, guidance and reformation, social area were "responsibility, social awareness, transfer of cultural heritage" and economic area were "financial sufficiency and simple living". Under the components, seventy one partial indicators were identified and introduced. The internal validity of the designed charter and its three cores were verified by subject matter experts.
