Structural Modeling of Participation Motivation in Sport Activities based on Feeling of Joy in Workers
The aim of this study was to structurally model the motivation to participate in sports activities based on the feeling of cheerfulness in the workers.
The design of this study was cross-sectional and correlational. The statistical population of the present study was 890 employees of all employees of Iranol Oil Company in Tehran in 2020, of which 261 were by random sampling and Available were selected. In this study, the tools of motivation to participate in sports activities and feeling happy were used. Structural equation modeling was also used to answer the research hypotheses. Findings showed that the model has a good fit.
The results also showed that the feeling of vitality has a positive relationship with sports motivation. Using the results of the model of sports motivation and feeling of vitality as important and effective factors to be considered and used in the descriptive and applied fields of experts in the field of psychology and sociology of sports.
Therefore, the use of this model can be considered by the relevant authorities in planning to motivate, motivate and increase the vitality of workers.
