Identifying the Effective Factors on Quantum Leadership in Iran's Secondary Schools
Quantum leadership is a kind of leadership to lead employees and organization to a successful future. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on quantum leadership in Iran's secondary schools.
This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The present study population was staff experts and managers of Iran's education in 2020 year. The sample size was calculated based on principle of theoretical saturation 20 people, who were selected by snowball sampling method. The instrument of the present research was a semi-structured interview whose validity and reliability were assessed as appropriate. To analyze the data was used from thematic analysis method in MAXQDA software.
The results of the analysis showed that the effective factors on quantum leadership in Iran's secondary schools had 4 main themes and 21 sub-themes; so that the main themes were included the building trust and quantum harmony (6 sub-themes), quantum thinking (5 sub-themes), quantum development platform (5 sub-themes) and positive and negative interventionists (5 sub-themes).
The results of this study have practical implications for staff experts and managers of Iran's education, and they can to promote the quantum leadership in Iran's secondary schools provide a basis for improving the identified themes.
