Abstract:

Occupational burnout problem in working many of human services is visible as chafe tiredly, Personality astray and personal UN successfully. This research was Study the factors associated with the female teacher’s occupational burnout in Qaemshahrs secondary schools. This is a descriptive and sectional research and it was integeration in 1391 that 152 people of female teachers of high school of Qaemshahr are selected in it by the way of beard-accidentally sampling. Indigent in formation was collected by Maslach standard questionary and it is used of piersoun integeration test, T test and Anova for statistically analyzing. Based on this study, most of teachers suffer from slight occupational burnout, but based on the result of this research there are people that have average to violent occupational burnout.So, it is recommended to the answerables that perform needed performance for regulation and prophylaxis from this operations.
