The role of strategic thinking in the success of organizations (a case study of the establishment of Nadaja in Mokran coast)
The perspective of strategic thinking is an insight and understanding that helps officials perform correctly in complex situations and enables managers to understand what factors are effective in achieving the desired goals of the organization. The establishment of Nadaja in the wide area of Makran coast requires management, planning and most importantly strategic thinking. Therefore, the goal of the researchers in this study was to investigate the role of strategic thinking in the success of the Iranian Navy in deploying on the coast of Makran, and the researchers sought to answer the question of what role strategic thinking played in this success. This research is of applied-contextual type with descriptive method and mixed approach. The statistical population of this research includes commanders and senior managers with strategic jobs working in Nadaja, who had the activity of presence and service in Makran beaches. The data of this research has been collected by field and library method by studying documents and documents, searching in reliable websites and submitting questionnaires to the statistical community. The results of the research show that strategic thinking using the components of creativity, foresight, search, intelligent opportunity seeking, risk-taking, observation and monitoring of the internal and external environment, objectivity, vision drawing, strategy formulation, systemic thinking, conceptual thinking, analytical thinking, focusing on Purpose, thinking in time, faith and conscious effort and knowledge of the organization play an effective role in the success of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in its establishment on the shores of Makran.
