The Impact of Social Networks on Youth Lifestyle

Given the diverse functions of online social networking to promote Internet-based lifestyle, are taken into consideration. In this modern social media, the media is no longer the target audience, there are no limitations of time and space, text, audio and video are widely available. Communication can be intertwined with their daily tasks and continuous. Meanwhile, Young people have been widely applying this social media in their lives. The purpose of this article is to study the modern social network and its impacts and functions on youth’s daily life and their life style and its impacts on their daily actions and social relations. The structuration theory and use and gratification theory are used to explain the theory as theoretical framework of the study.
