Abstract:

Basic aim in present research is appointment prediction model of incidences in violations of  No-Stop kind in path ways of city central Nucleus and country with case study in cuter of Bojnourd city and survey of constituent factors in occurrence In violations of No-Stop. Statistic so city in this research are two cases: All of experts police of guidance and Drivers Bojnourd That are 43 experts and Second Society are All of Drivers Bojnourd city that between them, 384 individual is selected to as exemplary. Sample Method is to multiphase Method that Numbers of men were 335 and Numbers of women were 49. In this study for analysis of information uses of two Deduction and descriptive me Thuds. Results of research shows that basic variable of research that include cultural and social level of citizens, effect control and inhibiter in traffic peak time, Variable existence terrific Management in Pathways level and existence of balance between offer and request of parking are effective in incidence and in violation of No-Stop totally.
