Analyzing the effects of the implementation of the plan of Hazrat Zahra, peace be upon him, in the progress and excellence of the army's ground forces

Satisfaction in the provision of healthcare services is the feeling or attitude of clients towards the services provided. Treatment of disease is considered in health care and is one of the main priorities and treatments of the health care system.

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the level of satisfaction of duty personnel referring to health care in a similar plan.

The method of conducting this research was descriptive. The statistical population of the present study is 183 conscripts referring to the hospital. A questionnaire based on research questions was prepared to measure the level of satisfaction of conscripts from different departments. Then this questionnaire was completed by the soldiers through direct interview and the data was extracted.

The findings of the research showed that the most satisfied soldiers who referred to the health center were related to the unit providing shift doctor services and preventive medicine. The lowest level of satisfaction was related to dentistry.

The findings of the research results showed that since the implementation of Hazrat Zainab Kobri (PBUH) plan, the efficiency and effectiveness of providing services to the duty personnel has increased and the reason for the increase in the commitment of the personnel to serve the soldiers in affairs It has been health-remedial.
