Influence of Information Technology & Communications future On Improvement Knowledge Management System’s Ability in Organization (Case Study: A Military Organization)

Without any doubt, technology is one of the important elements for improving knowledge management system’s ability in organization. On the other hand, Development and Improvement is beholden by the Decisions and decision makings that has been based on the Scientific Research. This Study is aimed to Influence of using Information Technology and Communications on improvement of Knowledge management system’s ability in a military organization and with tempered approach, has been done. That said, at first in a qualitative way alongside the analytical-descriptive method with using available documents has been provided the Study Conceptual Example. And has established this theory in a quantitative way with using questionnaire and analyzes that with smart pls software to collect society notion. Society is example for this study which is related to managers and leaders of different parts of the organization that had enough understanding of the knowledge management and information technology and communications simultaneously. The results of this study demonstrated that information technology and communications has a significant impact on improvement of operational ability of knowledge management’s system in the organization and the most important elements of this impact includes: Providing infrastructure through Web to communicate Employees with each other, Increasing skills and motivation of Employees to use information technology tools. Reinforcing required soft wares and hard wares, Expanding internet Bandwidth and developing Interactions between different parts of organization and also other organizations have a similar mission.
