Examine the impact of evoked nostalgia on purchase intent of nostalgic products
the main aim of this study is to examine the impact of of insecurity on creating psychological Discontinuity and then empirically test the role of evoked nostalgia impact on purchase intent of nostalgic products.
In this study, sample consists of 57 and 191 students was selected. First we examine the preliminary anxiety test on prototypes and then nostalgic products in prototypes were ranked. Considering that the present research method is post- test real design with only one control group we try to manipulate treatment group and finally data collected were analyzed using smart P.L.S software.
The findings show that personal and social insecurity affects the psychological discontinuity; this discontinuity is also effective on invoking nostalgia. Finally, evoked nostalgia is effective on purchase intent of nostalgic products.
