A rational examination of the conflicts resulting from the acceptance of monotheism of polytheists
Tawheed Robubi means believing that only the Almighty God is able, without the need of anybody, to take control of all the affairs of creatures and the entire universe and manage it. In order to undermine the faith of other Muslims, Wahhabism has compared the belief of Muslims with the polytheists of the Jahili period, claiming that the pagans at the time of the Holy prophet believed in Tawheed Rububi. While the acceptance of such a claim will lead to serious contradictions with the rational and Quranic principles accepted by Wahhabism. In this research, by carefully examining the verses of Holy Quran and intellectual analysis, it becomes clear that the acceptance of polytheists' belief in God's monotheism contradicts with correlation between Rububiyyah and divinity. Therefore, the Wahhabi's claim that the pagans at the time of the Holy prophet (PBH) were monotheists is incorrect.
