Investigation and Presenting the Model of Factors Affecting Road Transportation Safety Policy

This research intended to obtain a model of factors affecting the formation of general policies for road transportation safety with the help of research conducted in the field of road transportation safety. The type of qualitative research and systematic literature review method. In this regard, 105 articles that had the required validity and quality were deeply examined and based on the open coding method, 350 components were extracted in the form of 114 codes under 27 subcategories (structure) and 6 main categories. The analysis of the findings showed that among these categories, the category of "road safety management" received the most mentions among the reviewed sources, followed by the categories of "safer users" and "safety financial provision". , "Safer road", "Response after an accident", "Safer vehicles" are placed.
