The effect of soft warfare practices on the organizational commitment of the employees of a military organization
This article examines the methods of soft warfare and its impact on the organizational commitment of personnel in a military organization. The objectives of the study included descriptive objectives (assessing the extent of knowledge of soft warfare) and explanatory objectives (inferring and generalizing the results). The statistical population included the employees of a military organization that 171 people were selected using simple random sampling method. The research method was survey-explanatory and the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability in the pilot study was 0/897. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results using Pearson correlation coefficient test and multiple regression showed the effect of soft warfare methods such as creating divisions and conflicts, rumors, dehumanization and creating fear and terror on reducing the organizational commitment of employees. Among the ways to deal with soft warfare were "Emphasis on Future Planning for Countering Soft Threats", "Considering the Multiple Efficiency of Countermeasures Tools and Methods", "Repairing the Costs of Soft Warfare at the Lowest Cost" and "Strengthening Beliefs Among Employees
