Strategies to deal with security threats caused by natural disasters; Emphasizing the role of aviation Police

With the occurrence of natural crises, a series of security threats occur in the affected areas, which, if not controlled, will cause insecurity and its expansion in other areas. The current research aims to provide strategies for dealing with security threats caused by natural crises; It was done by emphasizing the role of airmen.

This research was conducted within the framework of the qualitative approach and data research method of the foundation. The participants in the research, which included 11 experts with experience in air units as well as experience in crisis management caused by natural disasters, were willing to conduct interviews and participate in interviews until reaching theoretical saturation using the purposeful sampling method. They did research. The tool used was in-depth interview, and maxqda software was used to analyze the data.

It showed that the concentration of facilities in the accident area, the inefficiency of the government, the destruction of infrastructures and the disclosure of information as causal factors; Destructive social trends, planning and regulation as underlying factors and finally lack of planning and forecasting of short-term crises and insecurities as intervening factors have a significant impact on insecurity caused by natural crises. Livelihood problems, immigration, growth of crimes, chaos, hoarding and underselling and lack of feeling of security were the consequences of security threats caused by natural crises.

It showed that Havafraja can deal with security threats caused by natural crises by entering into the discussion of business, accident victims, preventing chaos, growth of crimes, insecurity and hoarding and overselling.
