The Relationship between Workplace fun with Organizational Citizenship Behavior Regarding the Role of Organizational Learning in Sports Teacher of Kermanshah
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Workplace fun and organizational citizenship behavior with respect to the role of organizational learning mediation. The present study is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all staff (240 persons) of Sports Teacher of Kermanshah province. Sampling method was random-clustered and 173 individuals were selected as sample. The research instrument was the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire Podsakov and Mackenzie (1990), Workplace fun questionnaire in McDowell's (2004) and Neife's Organizational Learning Questionnaire (2001). In descriptive statistics, descriptive tables and descriptors were used to describe the demographic and descriptive characteristics of the research. The elasticity and skew indices are used to investigate the distribution of data (natural or abnormal) and to investigate and answer the research questions, compilation of the model, and the structural model of SPSS software version 24 and Smart PLS version 3.0 (because the number of samples in this study is less than 200 people, this software was used). The results of this study showed that there is a meaningful relationship between Workplace fun with organizational citizenship behavior considering the role of organizational learning mediation among of sport Teacher in Kermanshah. Organizational learning for intercultural communication in work and citizenship behavior, mediator role it is a minor type of mediator. it is suggested that measures be taken to extend the workforce to employees.
