Investigating the personality characteristics of religious and revolutionary youth in the efficiency of the Islamic system based on the policies of the statement of the second step of the revolution

The statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution was presented as a strategic plan by the leadership on the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic revolution, which should be considered as a detailed vision document, based on the main mission and ideal of the revolution and a road map to reach the new Islamic civilization. And the characteristics of young people become important.The main purpose of the research is to investigate the personality characteristics of a young religious believer on the way to achieve the ideals of the revolution and the efficiency of the Islamic system based on the content of the text of the statement. It is necessary to extract this civilization.The research method is the qualitative content analysis method, in the first step, the researcher carefully studies the text of the statement with the qualitative content analysis method, extracting and categorizing the components and categories related to the main variable, and in the second step, using the theme analysis method, the network of themes. Its drawing and accreditation was also done.According to the obtained results, the above model has four dimensions, including: “entering the second stage of self-improvement, socialization and civilization, the great blessings of the Islamic Revolution, the axis of the realization of the advanced Islamic system, the second step and the main headings and recommendations” and 40 features and sub-components in reaching It was identified with the goals of the Islamic Revolution and was chosen and presented as the main model for the movement, recognition and introduction of young people who have set foot on this path.
