Investigating the effect of educational training classes on the quality of teaching of primary teachers
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of educational technology classes on the teaching quality of elementary teachers. This research was a semi-experimental research. The statistical population of the research included all elementary school teachers of district 1 of Tehran in the academic year of 1401-1402. In order to select the research sample, 40 teachers were selected as a sample using the available sampling method. Then, based on simple random sampling by lottery method, they were divided into two groups of 20 people, control and experimental. The data collection tool in this research included a questionnaire that measures the quality of teachers' teaching. In the following, pre-test and post-test were conducted from both experimental and control groups. Then the experimental group participated in educational technology classes and the control group continued in the usual way. At the end, a post-test was taken from all two groups and the results were analyzed using the covariance method. According to the results; The effect of educational technology classes on the teaching quality of elementary teachers and its subscale is significant, except for the subscale of teacher communication skills with students.
