Predicting strategic planning based on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational flexibility with school principals in Tehran
The purpose of the present research was to predict strategic planning based on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational flexibility with school principals in Tehran. The current research was descriptive and correlational. In this descriptive study, the statistical population was formed by all the principals of Tehran schools in the academic year 2022-2023. In order to select the sample size, using Morgan's table, 100 people from all the principals of Tehran schools were selected based on random cluster sampling method, and they were asked "Strategic" (2001) strategic planning questionnaires, Dennison's organizational culture (2000) questionnaires. and Penny Gardner's (1999) organizational flexibility answered virtually. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational flexibility with strategic planning in Tehran school principals. Therefore, it is concluded that the organizational culture and organizational flexibility have the ability to predict the strategic planning of school managers in Tehran.
