The preventive role of the government in raising a stable family based on the traditions of divorce with a critique of its jurisprudence.

Divorce is one of the most hateful matters in the sight of God Almighty, in such a way that according to the hadiths, doing it shakes the throne of God. Therefore, its prevention by the government is one of the basic issues for the stability of the family system and society in today's societies, but the common jurisprudential view of divorce itself causes disruption in the prevention of it, as some types of divorce are considered obligatory or mustahab, and its prevention It seems pointless. While the view of the traditions of the Imams of the Infallible regarding divorce is far beyond the common view of jurisprudence and classification of the hadith scholars. This research, using the library method, collecting information and analyzing it, seeks to investigate the role of the government in the fields of divorce prevention by correctly explaining the place of divorce and its rulings in the Holy Sharia according to traditions. In order to achieve such a goal, first, the jurisprudential rulings on the types of divorce and the reasons for the fatwas of the jurists in favor of divorce for incompatible wives are examined, and then the five categories of narratives regarding divorce rulings are discussed. In the final step, according to the validity of divorce, the fields of divorce prevention and the role of the government in its prevention are discussed. Among the results of his research that: 1- Divorce is objectionable in the eyes of Sharia. 2- The main priority of Shariah regarding the family is forming a compatible family. 3- The absence of incompatible family is preferable to its existence. 4- The government's prevention of divorce can be discussed in two areas: first, the area that does not require divorce, and second, the area that requires divorce and should be eliminated. 5- Prohibition of divorce in the language of Shariah imposes duties on the people with guardianship, especially the Islamic government, in such a way as to provide the basis for the realization of a stable family and no demand for divorce.
