Identifying the key factors for the development of smart ports (case study: Chabahar port)
There are various solutions for making the ports smart, and according to the needs, conditions and structure of each port, the necessary planning is done in order to make them smart. Based on this, the purpose of the current research is to identify the factors affecting the development of smart ports in general and Chabahar port in particular.
This research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose. The population and the statistical sample of the present study are composed of 20 senior managers in Chabahar port who have at least ten years of practical experience in port logistics. In order to collect research data, a questionnaire was compiled using the results of previous researches and sent to the panel members who included the senior managers of Chabahar Port.
Using fuzzy Delphi method, dimensions in 14 dimensions and 36 components out of 96 components were identified and confirmed. which includes operational economy (with three components); intelligence (with two components); environment with (three components); agility; personalization; Cooperation; Liberation, construction and operation systems of the port; social services (each with one component); Automation sub-index (with nine components); Smart safety and security (with four components); safety and navigation (with three components); Supply chain and port logistics systems (with three components) and political and institutional dimension (with three components) were selected.

By using the Internet of Things technology, managers will be able to see not only the location of their container at any time, but also the temperature of the container, suspicious movements leading to container theft, the presence of any suspended materials around the container, and even its position relative to other containers. Specify the containers.
