Presenting a future research model suitable for the strategic naval force of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army

Thinking about the future is essential for the current work and actions of any organization. In the leading scientific research article, the definitions, history, future research methods and its various dimensions are discussed first, then for conducting future research in the strategic naval force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a 21-item questionnaire was prepared and compiled and it was given to the experts of the naval force. .The test was carried out on eight factors of future research model in Nadaja, including organizational structure, goals, axes of future research activity, organization expectations, time horizon, available time, human resources and culture of participation and accountability, and using factor analysis software (SPSS) and Delphi method was used to analyze the results.The results showed that the implementation of a suitable future research system in Nadaja leads to the development and strengthening of strategic intelligence, increasing the accuracy and speed of Nadaja's actions, determining and correcting directions and strategic decisions, strengthening and stimulating creativity and innovation, and increasing the organization's dynamism. The most effective dimension is the methods dimension and the most impact is related to the culture of participation. On the other hand, the existence of an effective organizational structure has a very important relationship with participation, and the previous familiarity of the participants with visioning the future is also effective.
