Analysis of Factors Affecting the Distribution of Women's Employment Opportunities
Distributing employment opportunities fairlybetween men and women in offices and organizations isalways considered one of the basic challenges. Thepurpose of the current research is to analyze the factorsaffecting the distribution of women's employmentopportunities in Tehran municipality using thefoundational data theory. In order to collect data in thisresearch, which was conducted in a qualitative way, theinterview was continued until reaching "theoreticalsaturation" and with the extension that was in the work,the main categories also appeared, showing the adequacyof the sample size.
according to the purpose of theresearch and the logical framework that governs it in thisresearch, based on the contextual theory emerging fromthe qualitative field of data analysis and interpretationusing the interview method, in a theoretical or purposefulway among the interviewees from among the employeesof Tehran Municipality. were selected and 8 people wereselected purposefully and based on theoretical saturation.Data analysis has been done in three stages of open,central and selective coding.
Based on data analysis, 248 primary concepts,105 core codes and 33 selective codes were identified.
In line with the interpretation of the data,coding was done in three stages, open, central andselective, and the paradigmatic model of allocationanomie in the distribution of women's job opportunitiesin Tehran municipality was extracted.
