Iranian Islamic Approach to Futures Research by Explaining the Lifestyle, Concept of Leadership and Endearment ManagementUsing Metaphorical Reasoning

The use of soft power and its role in managing theaffairs of society is becoming more and more desirable andinducing love and affection in the employees and audience ofthe organization in the Endearment Management is one of thetopics of interest in modern government management andpolitical science.

This research is based on aqualitative-quantitative approach with the method of futuristicinterpretive future study with metaphorical reasoning andmaking metaphor; By explaining the future of research,probable and possible futures of increasing the desirability ofusing soft power and reviving the concept of leadership andloving management are considered in line with thedevelopments of public management science.

In this study, it is important to try to explain theessence of the rich themes and concepts related to the"archetype of love" derived from the culture of ancient Iranand its spiritual continuity in the form of Islam Rahmani andthe themes related to love in mystical literature. Thecomponents of the concept of leadership and EndearmentManagement should be used so that it can be considered as alocal and appropriate model in the management of communityaffairs.

The test results of the extracted components inthe statistical population show that in order to have a modelorganization with Endearment Management, the componentsextracted in this research can be considered more than beforeby managers.
