Analysis of Police Station Indexes at the Level of Islamic Revolution in Mazandaran Province

 Reconstruction of the Islamic revolution demands redefining the role, mission, and function of various institutions and organizations, including police stations, which play an important function in the formation of modern Islamic civilization and lay the foundation for the development and construction of conceptual civilization dimensions to present in a new era. This work is conducted to determine the characteristics of police stations at the level of the Islamic Revolution in the police stations of Mazandaran province.

 This work is conducted in a qualitative framework using database theory. The statistical community consists of 30 experts from Mazandaran police command, they are interviewed for data collection separately up to the theoretical saturation of 15 individuals. The data required was accumulated via semi-structured interviews, fieldwork, and face-to-face consultation with professors and experts related to research. the data collection tools consist of interviews, texts, and library documents. Ultimately, the obtained outcomes were analyzed by the theme analysis approach.

 The research findings indicated that a total of 70 concepts and 13 subcategories were extracted in such a way that the effective causal factors in the police station at the level of the Islamic Revolution in the police stations of Mazandaran in two international and social factors; background factors in three people-oriented factors, human resource management, and meritocracy; intervening factors in two international and organizational factors; The strategic factors in the four factors of devotion to Islam, spiritualism, and ethics, and also attention to internal factors, and finally, the effective consequence factors in the police station at the level of the Islamic Revolution in the police stations of Mazandaran province are in three factors, individual, social and organizational.

 In order to achieve the necessary authority at the level of the Islamic revolution, a police station must have the factors that create authority. Some of the most important of these factors are relying on God as the most basic factor of authority, power, and continuous efforts to acquire spirituality: Connecting with the people and achieving popular support, readiness for sacrifice, proper education and training of human resources, self-confidence and belief in one's capabilities, proper organization and management, military discipline, adherence to principles while being flexible, and cooperation with other institutions, governance and proper use of new media tools and finally having the necessary equipment and facilities.
