Survey on the Effect of a Training Program on the Management Information Rate of Nursing Leaders

Background and The present research work is based on the preconception that effectiveness of a nursing management depends to a larger extent upon the training program of management information which has ultimate impact on the nature of authority structure, this concept has led to the evolution of a problem on finding out the relation ship between management training role and its impact on organizational effectiveness through other organizational processes. To study the training program of management infuriation and to meet the objectives effectively. The following hypothesis was formulated in nursing management, the management training has definite impact on the effective ness of the organization and it ultimately manes the stage of allans of authority rupture Data has been collected at three stages namely – before training – after training, and one ninth after training. Only fifteen manger were undertaken the training. The overall impression on the analysis of data from all stages indicates 99 present conformations of the hypothesis. An attempt has been the provide certain recommendations for a hospital management which could be also applicable to other research centers to improve organizational effectiveness.
