Justice Its Nature, Indicators and Obstacles

Undoubtedly, there is no discrepancy with regard to necessity of observing justice, both in personal and social affairs, between those who study this issue. However, it seems that firstly, discussing applied concept of justice and, secondly, explaining executive indicators followed by a short reference to existing obstacles, is a step ahead. Therefore, to embark on this discussion, we present basic questions as follows:•First questionoIf justice is defined as “putting everything in their right place”, what is the difference between justice and order? Because this is the apparent definition for order. However, we are facing problems when trying to adjust them to real instances. For example what are you answers to these questions? If you place a book in a niche and put it right there, is that justice? Or if position of a person at a company is contractually determined by director of production line and if he is treated according to all rules pertaining to his employment, would that be justice? Now, if you entered the room and found the book out of its place, for example, on the floor; or if the said director is appointed as director of commerce department of the company, would that be injustice?oNow, if you entered the room and saw the book torn to pieces, but in its right place; or if you entered the company and saw director of production line insulting a worker; what would you do? Do you consider such instances as lack of order?oTherefore, the first question is how we can determine the true meaning of “putting everything in their right place” to elucidate true meanings of order and justice, take a step forward and avoid of general explanations that have been reiterated for years?•Second questionoWhat are executive indicators of realization of justice in individual and social life? This question points to one of the most important weaknesses in our research activities over past years, which has been a main reason why we have failed to make the most scientific use of research results. Because a true assessment, which is a major factor for progress, cannot be made without necessary indicators.•Third questionoWhat are executive barriers on the way of implementing justice?The writer has tried in this paper to use divine guidance as well as his own scientific and practical experience to change the existing cognitive geometry with regard to subject matter of this discussion and come up with new geometry proportionate to exigencies of our time. Of course, he admits that a lot of effort is needed in this regard, especially from an executive viewpoint; we would need years of experience to take a satisfactory step.
