Right-Based Development

International literature of development has paid increasing attention over the past few years to right-based development as it elucidates a conceptual frame for the process of human development which has evolved from a number of intellectual and executive currents and, at present, enjoys a special status in global discourse of human rights and development.For years, development has been a major concern of Man and available statistics at international level indicate that despite extensive international activities and advances, still a large part of people in the world are deprived of the most simple necessities of life and, in practice, international programs, strategies and documents have failed to change their lives. The goal of the present paper is to explain right-based development.
