The Agricultural Position in Villages Located in Valleys of West Parts of Mashhad City, Hardships and Keys

Abstract:
The physiography position of the land is more efficient in formation and setting settlements of villages where located in valleys. Because physically improvement and setting settlements are affected by topography, gradient and fertility of lands of these types of villages. The valley- villages of the west parts of Mashhad division are faced with so much problems in physical and agricultural development because of these hillsides and valleys. The research on 200 household samples between 1311 beneficiary households in 7 villages case study in this inquiry (west parts of Mashhad division), shows that in spite of agricultural development hardships because of arable fertile soils deficiency which has caused employment and income in adequacy for disposition and population survival in valley- villages, %89.6 villagers’ income is from horticulture which has had effectual role in economy and working in the present condition. In this situation, more than planning in agricultural development, the non - agricultural activities oraganization exercises on working, income and villages dynamism.
