Is it possible to present an interpretation of a text?

In this paper, we will deal with this issue whether, in principle, the interpretation of a text is possible or not. First, we will make a review of what has been reported concerning this issue. Then, based on new methods of interpreting texts and text analysis, a certain text will be analyzed and technically evaluated. The claim is that interpreting any particular text, taking into consideration the author's views, is relative and to text interpretation is to be considered a final one.
