Rational behavior and communication effectiveness and their relationship in the faculty member of the faculty of letters and humanities of shahid Bahonar university of Kerman in the academic year 2003- 2004.

Abstract:
The goal of this research is determining the communications effectiveness, rational behavior and the rational behavior and their relationship in the faculty members of the faculty of letters and humanities of shahid Bahonar university of Kerman. The other goals of the research are the identification of relationship between communications, rational behavior with age, sex and academic document. Descriptive research method was used end all the above faculty members were chosen as the statistical population and sample of the research. Questionnaire was used for obtaining the necessary date of the research. Spearmen correlation coefficient, mean and median were used for date analysis the results of the research showed that 86.8% of the faculty member had a very effective and effective communication, and 29% of them had a very suitable and suitable rational behavior a weak relationship was observed between communications effectiveness and rational behavior.
