A Study of the Relationship Between Imageself and the Success of Primary School Principles in District Two of Rasht-Iran

Abstract:
The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between imageself and the success of primary school principles which takes into account the degree of the effects of responsibility and risk acceptance of these principls on their success. Individual characteristics of principles such as gender, age, level of study, branch of study, serving record and management experience were studied. These characteristics were gathered based on Ligert spectrum which is explanatory and analytical and contains 51 questions. The statistical experiments include: X2 Chi square, Fischer coefficient, Kendal Te, and T-test. The significance of hypotheses 2, 3, 4 and 5 were tested using T-test.In this study it was shown that there are significant differences in the parameters of imageself, the success of principles, and individual characteristics such as gender, level of study, branch of study, serving record, and management experience. Based on these findings the primary school principles in district two of Rasht – Iran, possess very high imageself.
