A Survey of the Relation Between the Communication Skills of Managers and the Organizational Commitment of Teachers

The present research performed in order to recognize the relation between communication skills of managers and organizational commitment of secondary school's teachers, focuses on teacher's viewpoint. Statistical population of research includes all principles and teachers of governmental high schools of district 6 in Mashhad. By the sampling method of PPS 92 teachers were selected. Survey research strategy was used and in order to collect information, two questionnaires of communication skills and organizational commitment were used.In order to determine the reliability and validity of the measurements, face or content methods test – retest and Coronbach' alpha coefficient were used. In order to analyze data, according to research hypothesis, the Pierson correlational coefficient and the ‍T test were used and the results with 99% accuracy revealed that there is a significant relation between the communication skills of managers and the organizational commitment of teachers.
