A study on Conflict Management styles And leadership styles of Physical Education Managers In Mazandaran Province
The objective of this research is the comparison on Conflict Management style And leadership style of Physical Education Managers In Education Office And In Physical Education Office In Mazandaran Province. The method of study is as descriptive research. The gathering of data to be through a questionnaire. The questionnaire reliability and validity were achieved at researcher and others. (Fred Luthans & OCCI[1] standard questionnaire) to do so , 17 Physical Education Managers In Education Office and 32 Physical Education Managers In Physical Education Office were selected to population. Both the Conflict Management style and leadership style questionnaire were perfected to objectives. Data analysis were done using descriptive statistics and Independent Sample Test, T tests. For the analysis of data is used to spss (13) and Excel 2003 soft ware . The following results were obtained: 1) There are a relation between Conflict Management style And leadership style of Physical Education Managers In Physical Education Office (P2) There are a relation between Conflict Management style And leadership style of Physical Education Managers In Education Office (P3) There are no significant difference between Conflict Management style in Physical Education Managers (P4) ) There are a significant difference between leadership style in Physical Education Managers (P Key words: Conflict Management styles , Employee-oriented leadership style , task-oriented leadership style.
