Internal evaluation; confident approach of quality assurance for management of higher education- Research report of Internal evaluation quality for educational groups ofJahad Keshavarzi educational center of Isfahan

The aim of this research was the implementation of internal evaluation of quality as a confident approach for educational management in Jahad Keshavarzi center of Isfahan in order to reveal different aspects of the quality of the teaching groups and to try to improve their educational and research quality. The Research method was evaluation research and the data gathering procedure was a descriptive survey. The studied statistical population sample includes 646 partciparrts Investigation instruments were an investigator-made questionnaire, an interview, and a checklist been designed for the teaching groups to satisfy seven factors, thirty criteria, and ninety-nine indicators. Instruments validity has been content validity through interobserver validity and the reliability of instruments being between 0.86 and 0.92 with Cronbach’s Alfa coefficient Internal evaluation process was performed in eleven stages, regarding national and international experiences. All in all, the results of this research show that the quality of the educational system of this center with 2.86 tendencies in quintuplet teaching groups is fairly satisfactory and in a rather desirable level. The attained tendencies for the teaching groups are: 2.94 for animal husbandry, 2.85 for farming and gardening, 2.98 for fishery, 2.86 for carpet, and 2.91 for food industries.
