The Spatial Analysis of Allocation of Greenbelt Utilization of the Third Givil Zone of Zahedan

Abstract:
Nowadays, Changes in technology and industrial cities have important and main role in conversions of environmental ecology. In fact, pollutions of fuel from industrial centers and their residuals, irregular usages of minerals and chemical materials in industry and husbandry have destroyed urban and rural environment and made unpleasant impressions on societies living and humans. Thus for regulating destructive effects of these environmental damages, the most importand and the most simple solution is developing greenbelt. The extention and expansion of green belt in defferent countries is related with natural environment and progression of each country. Basically, the appropriate greenbelt in cities makes healthy bodies, spirit repose, more efficiency and major life quality. In Zahedan and its third civil zone which is noticed in this article, severe insufficiency of civil greenbelt is quite perceptible. Base on this research, according to 169,443 population of the third civil zone of Zahedan in 2006 with five members family dimension, greenbelt per capita is estimated over 2.7 square – meters which has long distance with 15 square-meters per capita that is the civil greenbelt standard, whereas its spatial distribution is unbalanced and unequal too. The total greenbelts are just located in six parks, eleven squares and thirteen available boulevards in this region and the other civil portion of the third zone especially south and the west part labor from any plants. Some greenbelts which were predicted in civil detail plan have not been proved virtually after 15 years. Also the localization of greenbelt overture in detail plan because of spatial- special distribution was not fited. The remedies of this research express that in addition to inadequacies and existing needs, the third zone of Zahedan will come overpopulation to223,664 in ten years later in spite of environmental condition of the region with at least eight square-meters per capita, they need 1,789,312 square-meters greenbelt. On the other hand, in 2016, the civil zone needs 1,327,816 more new greenbelts to supply the minimum per capita of civil greenbelt standards.
