Pathology of Management From Imam Ali's Point of View In Social Tactics and Politics

Abstract:
Management which is defined as ‘the art of discovering Talent and the process of equipping, arranging and leading strength toward organized goals’. It leads to enjoy of human being as a tool for incerasing investment or creating labour in the society while from Imam Alis’ view point, management should provide the field of improvement toward spiritual and mental elevation which has innative base, besides it makes human being to increase the investment and to provide the labour field which is nessesary for life flourishing. This research has paid to pathology of management in the field of social tactics along with the com parative search in Imam Alis’ orders and plans and the existing hypothesis of Management which is derived from the result of researches and experts’ efforts. If the Justice is performed completely and legal freedom get formal and if instead of irrelevant and abusive strictness, paying attention to people and being kind to them to be cansidered, the Management will be performed which secures peoples’ elevation. Besides, it causes Labour and investments’ increase.
