The Future of Caspian Sea

Abstract:
Holding the second summit of littoral states of the Caspian Sea on October 16th, 2007 is a great success for Islamic Republic of Iran's diplomacy. The first summit on 2002 not only did not produce a concrete result, but also jeopardized the political and security status of the region. In the summit of Tehran, the second political document including 25 articles was agreed among the heads of littoral states. The Future of the Caspian Sea is in line with the plan drawn in Tehran Summit.
