The Explanation of Structural Model of the Knowledge Management Enablers; Case Study: Small and Medium Size Enterprises (Mazandaran Province)

The goal of this paper is explanation of the knowledge management enablers in small and medium size (SME) enterprises of Iran (Mazandaran Province) using their effective factors and structural equation model of it. Based on, it was reviewed literature. The statistical population and sample respectively were 1151 and 300 elements, then using questionnaire structural equation model of effective factors were created. The statistical tests were correlation and also interactional regression in format of path analysis. The results of research states that, generality of model is confirmed and every one of related variables except of information technology support whit their string and weakness affected on knowledge management enablers direct and indirect. Based on findings, trust and collaboration variables from culture has more affected on knowledge management enablers and from this view, variables of people (workers), learning and variables related structural organization, were next rating, respectively. Finally, it is presented discussion and concluding, implications for managers.
