Promoting organizational trust in public sector: Explaining the role of managerial competency

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to relate organizational trust to competencies of managers. There are many variables that influence on organizational trust. In this study. After construction of literature review, the effect of managerial was explained. Public services are population and a sample consistent of 800 public servants is selected. Results indicate the correlation between perception of employee on competencies of mangers and organizational trust.
