Emplementation barriers of Just-in-time inventories management system in Iran's automotive industry

Just-in-time inventories management system is a management system of purchasing raw materials and product production that success in it’s implementation in each manufacturing business is depend on creation of internal and External organization multiple qualification. present research has studied impact factors on implementation of this system in Iran’s automotive industry. Based on results of this research barriers of Just-in-time inventories management system usage in Iran’s automotive industry are as follow: lack of new and up to date technologies (comparable of flexible equipment)، lack of total quality management System، high rate of inflation، risk of deferment in production delivery، lack of a strong competitive market in Iran’s automotive industry، lack of government’s policies instability in extent of strange business، suspension risk in production and ambiguity in production demand level because of demand level fluctuat.
