Investigating about citizens vision: how is function of communications service and police +10 offices in capital City of Iran (Tehran)

Abstract:
Improvement of the quality of public services is a critical element in the vision of Iranian 20 years masterplan for Development to promoting the role of the government in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) era. The objective of present paper is to assess the level of success of the government in providing e-government services for citizens in Tehran. The data is collected through a questionnaire from 768 citizens that received services from Police +10. In a random order the concluding remarker shows that people are satisfied with the services provided by Police +10. Than formers rather the paper then discussed the findings and recommendations have been made for enhancing and promoting the level of acceptance and satisfactions of Electronic services for future e-government developments.
