Moderation from the Viewpoint of Imam al-Riḍā (A.S.)

Correction of consumption pattern means to institutionalize logical exploitation of the existing resources and means. In this article, first, the writer points out the philosophical and religious difference of moderation, then, goes on to address moderation in consumption from the viewpoint of Imam al-Riḍā (A.S.) along with its indices and referents. He believes that in the Imam (A.S.)'s view moderation is based on rational and revelation relations and therefore, it has wider dimensions than the philosophical approach, encompassing the least as well as the most important aspects of human life.
