Investigation on the Relationship between Organizational Structure and Entrepreneurship Culture in Tehran University

One of the most important and novel research on training management is entrepreneurial university. In entrepreneurial university, entrepreneurial organizational structure and organizational culture are the prerequisites for success of the organization. Nevertheless, survey on the relationship between entrepreneurial organizational structure and entrepreneurial organizational culture has been conducted yet. Great organizations such as Tehran University as the original and the most successful university must revise their structural and cultural organization, with each own specifications, and for performing successful corporate entrepreneurship they must coordinate structural and cultural features together. In this aspect, the present study is a novel one in its category. In the present study, organizational entrepreneurship was supposed as a suitable strategy for development of Tehran University. This research has also been focused on the relationship between factors of organizational structure and entrepreneurial culture in Tehran university. The research method was descriptive and in the correlations type. A questionnaire was designed as a main tool to gain information. The results showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between all ten elements of organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship structure, but the Regression test showed that in comparison to the others, manager support, rewards and control system had the greatest effect on organizational entrepreneurship structure.
