Police Performance Criteria Development (Social Security)

Abstract:
The expansion of police forces missions in the country wide, the significance of diversity, quality and quantity of discoveries and the occurrences of different crimes and regarding the geographical, cultural, economical and other influential factors which have critical role in determination of the significance and the weight of crimes and consequently the social security criteria and performance appraisal of each province and city indicate the necessity of analyzing the influential level of these factors in province and geographical domains. In this research the influential factors such as demography, expansion, unemployment rates, inflation rates, number of personnel and police car equipments in addition to crimes significance rates and issues related to social security (Iran police mission department classification) have been reviewed using the province experts views in separation and it has been taken in to account as the set of influential factors in social security criteria. Finally Tehran province social security criteria is extracted using regional significance coefficient in separation of province and crime type.
